Job Description:
• Collaborate with the design team to convert mockups and wireframes into custom WordPress themes while ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and cross-browser compatibility.
• Develop and maintain front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create seamless user interfaces and optimize website performance.
• Ensure that all websites and themes are responsive and display beautifully across various devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
• Integrate and customize WordPress plugins to enhance website functionality and meet specific client requirements.
• Implement SEO best practices in front-end development to enhance website visibility and performance in search engines.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the websites are error-free and meet quality standards.
• Optimize website performance and loading times to deliver a smooth user experience.
• Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5yrs as a Front-end WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design and web development projects with Marketing design concept abilities
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress development, themes, and plugins.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development principles.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate with team members.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to emerging technologies and industry trends.
