The Position
We have a unique position available within our Help Desk Support team. We require an experienced skilled support / help desk specialist with a background in WordPress web development, hosting environments and customer service.

We have an ongoing commitment to all our clients in the support of their WordPress websites. We have a wide range of requests and issues from our client which need to be handled with excellence, intelligence and a positive attitude. You will be responsible for providing phone and email support in a team environment, with an emphasis on excellent customer service.

Must Haves:
-2 years experience in a call centre/support environment.
-3 years of solid technical experience.
-Experience with WordPress, and CMS management.
-Experience with WooCommerce.
-Experience with WHM and cPanel.
-Knowledge in HTML, and CSS.
-At least one years’ exposure to SEO.
-Experience troubleshooting email issues (Outlook, Mac Mail, etc.)
-Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
-Passion for customer care, coupled with a calm, professional and solution focused approach.
-Committed and intelligent problem solver.
-Willingness to learn and grow.
-Experience in a small but busy help desk environment
-Punctuality and consistent attendance.

Desirable:
-Knowledge in PHP, JavaScript.
-Experience with Photoshop

(The client is based in Australia so work hours would be around 9am – 5pm AEST)
