We are looking for a web developer that has well-rounded experience building WordPress websites. Initially, this is a 3 month contract but if you are a good team player, can work alone, there is a strong possibility to be hire full-time.
Position: Web developer/Programmer
Responsibilities:
• Setup WordPress(web hosting and database)
• Able to check server requirements for WP version compatibility.
• Create a file page template (not sure what this is??)
• Setup themes and plugins(from senior programmer)
• Upload/link all media files
• Layout for pages and post(both native editor or visual editor)
• Layout for menu and header
• Migrate files and database to the new website/hosting.
• Maintain project documentation and update logs
• Setup /configure services like Mailchimp and etc
• customize the theme based on the client’s request
Requirements:
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in WordPress development project
• Experienced in WordPress, Wocommerce, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, PHP
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
• Team player and problem solver.
• Must have a reliable computer and internet connection
• Must be available for Skype or Zoom conversations with a headset
• Able to work full-time (8hrs a day) Mon-Friday
• Anywhere in the Philippines
