WordPress Plugin Developer for Tarot Card Reading Plugin with AI Integration

I am Tom from Germany and I am a passionate SEO for many Years and I would love to code some amazing tarot card reading features with you!
That’s why I am looking for a freelance-programmer for a custom and closed WordPress plugin who has experience with Javascript/HTML 5. The WordPress plugin is to be extended with AI content (e.g. GPT 3/4). The card-reading features should be developed systematically and I would like to use this WordPress-Plugin for different websites.
First of all, I would like to create a very simple widget for card reading with you, where you can simply draw a card and see a really simple and nice animation during card shuffling. We will finalize this widget shortly so that it can go online as soon as possible that our users can play with this feature live. Then we will take care of the first main feature and develop further features and optimize existing ones. In the future we will add some more relative and relevant features, which differ for example in the number of cards, the output or the interpretation.
Do you have a personal connection to card reading, astrology, horoscopes, dream interpretation, etc.? Great, then I’m looking forward to your suggestions on how we can improve the functions in terms of usability. If you don’t have a personal connection to it, that’s no problem at all.
If you have ideas on how we can create suitable and consist AI images for this, that would be very helpful, but not absolutely necessary.
Roughly, the idea is to code the following main feature:
1. lay tarot day cards, including a card shuffle animation and card movement with the mouse pointer.
2. loading bar and dynamically replaced or AI-generated text.
3. button to reshuffle the cards.
4. selection of a map followed by animation and highlighting.
5. magic animation or visual effects before the final display of the card.
6. generation of a new page with randomly drawn card and short text.
7. integration of an AI to generate dynamic texts or other personalized content.
8. share button for social media and email.

Please send me some information about you and your programming experience with Javascript/HTML 5/Wordpress-Plugins and also with AI content, if possible.
Since we want to integrate AI-generated texts, we can use an AI API like the OpenAI GPT-3 API, which can be implemented in different programming languages like Python or JavaScript. Using such an API allows us to generate dynamic and unique texts based on the cards we draw.
We should make sure to code a WordPress-Plugin that includes high quality of:
1. Security
2. Compatibility with GeneratePress and other Themes and Plugins
3. Performance
4. Adaptability
5. Code quality
6. Documentation & Updates
7. Mobile and site-speed optimize
You are also welcome to use ideas of similar functions on e.g. GitHub and adapt them for our task. It would only be important to me that this is communicated openly and honestly.
I myself have been a passionate SEO for 13 years and have already managed and built one or the other portal. Since I have a few websites in the field of astrology and cartomancy, I would like to expand them. I have a personal connection to the subject of card reading, but I am not yet that intensively into it. I honestly have great desire to create really cool features with you here and am therefore looking forward to a trusting, reliable and goal-oriented cooperation.
Since I have been working with most of my colleagues for over 10 years, I am also very interested in working with you in the long term. Of course, this project will be completed after some time, but there are always new ideas and commissions in various areas.
