WordPress Project Manager

Background:

As a Web Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our web design operations. You’ll guide projects from their initial conception to delivery, ensuring they are executed flawlessly. You will be working closely with the Creative Director to ensure client expectations are met. Your focus will be on managing WordPress-based web design projects to produce robust and visually appealing websites.

Responsibilities:

– Project Management: Employ your project management skills to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet our high-quality standards.
– Work Order Preparation: Transform project requirements from the sales team into detailed work orders for web designers and copywriters.
– Budget Oversight: Collaborate with the sales team to understand and adhere to project budgets.
– Reporting and Communication: Conduct weekly meetings with the Creative Director to report on project statuses, discuss any challenges, and align on objectives.
– Revision Management: Handle client revisions, ensuring that all feedback is effectively communicated to and implemented by web designers and copywriters.
– Quality Assurance: Communicate effectively with web designers and copywriters, ensuring project requirements are clearly understood and met.
– Documentation: Keep detailed project documentation records and ensure all team members are updated on project developments.

Skills:

– Project Management Expertise: Proven ability in managing multiple web design projects simultaneously.
– Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, and WPBakery.
– Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, especially in design and client requirements. Include the word banana in your application to be considered.
– Communication Skills: Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
– Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with designers, sales team, and leadership.
– Problem-Solving: Aptitude for addressing and resolving project-related issues.

– Client Relations: Experience in handling client interactions and feedback.

Additional Considerations:

– Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a web design or digital marketing agency preferred.

– Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing successful web design project management is necessary.
