Do you want to work somewhere you are appreciated? Work with us! We are a very small team for a small web development company. We work on a wide variety of projects, from simple to complex. You will perform a wide variety of tasks, and help guide projects to completion. You will learn a ton about WordPress and website development. You will be valued, appreciated, and respected.

**Who Are We Looking For?**

Seeking a motivated, and intelligent full-time virtual assistant or project manager who will help us with our WordPress projects. Must be flexible and adaptable, willing to learn new things, and a quick learner. This is a long-term position, we are looking for the right person to keep for a long time.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

– Help move projects to completion, usually by following pre-defined processes
– Taking requests from a client, and working with contractors to make them into a reality. Communicating with the client after completion, and ensuring they are happy with the result.
– Assigning tasks to developers and following up if needed to bring them to completion
– Navigating WordPress. Changing Settings, or making changes as needed.
– Making changes to web pages with a visual page builder
– Making changes to products
– Help to update documentation
– Using various plugins to help clients. Learning how to use new plugins via documentation, videos, or experimentation will be required
– Learning how to use various saas tools
– Assisting with online research on tools or solutions to a problem
– Communicating with contractors and reporting on progress
– Following procedures to perform activities like launching a website, or beginning a new project
– Assist in responding to occasional support requests from clients
– Maybe assisting with sales emailing, responding to requests, and scheduling appointments via email.
– Daily report on progress during the work week via email

Requirements

– English Fluency
– Responsive: Quick with email and chat communication
– A general understanding of how to navigate WordPress
– Strong Organizational Skills
– Tech-Savvy
– The ability to teach yourself how to do things by using google and following how-to guides
– Reliability and integrity

**Preferred Extra Skills [not required]:**

These skills might be useful, but they are not needed or could be learned along the way.

– Experience using various kinds of WordPress plugins,
– Experience troubleshooting issues in WordPress
– Website Sales Experience (proposals, emails, or any other type)
– Any Code Experience: CSS, HTML, PHP, or anything else
– WooCommerce experience
