We are looking for a skilled WordPress/SEO/google ads Specialist to join our team and help us enhance our online presence.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress Specialist to manage and search engine optimize our real estate website. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WordPress management, search engine optimization (SEO), and Google Ads management. This role involves adding new pages, optimizing the website for search engines, and creating and managing Google Ads campaigns for each property listing.

Key Responsibilities:

WordPress Management:

Add and manage new pages and listings on the website.
Ensure the website is responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, content) for better visibility.
Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics.

Google Ads Management:

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for individual property listings.
Develop strategies to maximize ad performance, reach, and ROI.
Track and report on ad performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. 80%+ of the candidates time will be spent on this.

Content Management:

Update and maintain high-quality content for property listings.
Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with SEO best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience with WordPress management and customization.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Experience in creating and managing Google Ads campaigns.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the real estate industry.
Graphic design skills for creating visually appealing web pages and ads.
