WordPress & Shopify Developer | Graphic Designer

I am seeking an exceptionally driven and detail-oriented Shopify & WordPress Developer who is also a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor to join my team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be highly proactive, and exhibit leadership qualities. This person will play a crucial role in supporting my business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication Excellence:
–Effectively communicate with team members. This includes being very fluent in English through written and verbal channels. Professional and correct english is a must.
–Proactively seek clarification and guidance when necessary, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
–Ability to embrace very direct communication and get tasks done quick. If your feelings get hurt by direct communication then this job is not for you.

2. Shopify & WordPress Developer
–Currently using Shopify and I want to sell firearms so I need to move to WordPress & WooCommerce.
–Need a person to make changes to current Shopify website until new WordPress website is created.
–Once new WordPress website is created then I need to move all Shopify products over. I have thousands of SKU’s and hundreds of products.
–Looking for a very experienced developer who can understand hundreds of variations within a single product.

3. Graphic Design using Adobe:
–Expert designer using Adobe to create website banner ads and designs.
–Using only Canva is not an option. We need an Adobe expert.
–Create ads & designs to use on the website & social media platforms.

4. Detail Orientation:
–Thrive in handling intricate details and tasks with precision.
–Approach tasks with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
–Complete tasks the first time it’s assigned. I do not like to ask more than once for a task to be completed.

5. Feedback Reception and Implementation:
–Embrace feedback as an opportunity for growth and improvement.
–Actively seek feedback and incorporate suggestions into your work to continuously enhance performance.

6. Creating a Great Job Experience:
–Take ownership of your role by striving to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications:
–Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
–Proactive mindset with strong developer knowledge.
–Meticulous attention to detail and a love for designing websites.
–Ability to receive and implement feedback effectively.
–Prior experience in Shopify, WordPress and Graphic Design required.

I can only offer a rate that will depend on your experience in e-commerce development, graphic design, video editing and availability to work. The more you can do, the more we can pay. We are flexible for the right person both in pay and hours. So please tell me what rate you must have to do this project. With excellent work there is always room for growth and increased pay.
