Second Click Media is a website design agency that partners with small businesses and nonprofits to help them make a larger impact by redesigning their websites and by transforming their marketing strategies across a complete suite of digital solutions.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for an experienced front-end developer to build and support high-quality WordPress websites that our clients will depend on to function and represent their business online.

We have built great relationships with our clients over the past 4 years, and the CEO now needs help to manage these relationships.

This is a remote or work from home position and would ideal suit someone wanting to work 7-8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Weekly availability should include some day time hours (9:00 am – 4:00pm Eastern Standard).

You should be ready and willing to get great satisfaction from serving our clients and become an integral part of our small creative team. Anticipate the needs of our client’s site will have as technology and software updates over time by making recommended changes and replacements as needed.

You should be eager to be a part of a team, including excellent people skills while displaying integrity and attention to details, as well as a proactive mindset.

You will report directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities

Your job will be to use your past experience to:
– Build WordPress websites using design, provided content and follow industry and company best practices
– Proactively seek and suggest plugins and/or code improvement to the end product
– Help develop procedures and testing schedules
– Use ManageWP, BetterUptime, and Server Support to keep all care-plan-client sites up-to-date and send monthly reports
– Respond and address all maintenance and content update tasks.
– Attend all team meetings and support other team members with any technical requests

Employment Type
This is a part-time role, but will consider full-time after 3 months, and we are not looking for an agency, instead, we are looking for someone to be an integral part of growing with us.
