We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist with a strong background in WordPress to join our dedicated support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues related to WordPress, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and a customer-centric mindset.

ABOUT YOU:

1. Proven experience in customer support or a similar role
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers of varying technical levels.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
6. Empathetic and customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Background in WordPress is a plus

ABOUT THE POSITION:

– Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via email, chat, and phone.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress themes, plugins, and core functionalities.
– Assist customers with website setup, customization, and optimization.
– Diagnose and solve performance issues, security concerns, and compatibility problems.
– Guide customers through complex technical processes and provide clear instructions.
– Document and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or development teams.
– Collaborate with the development team to identify and address recurring technical problems.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of WordPress updates, new features, and best practices.
– Create and update support documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
– Contribute to a positive customer experience by demonstrating empathy and professionalism.

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
Will pay daily for 1st week, then every week after 1st week
We pay bonuses for great work
We pay 13th Month Bonus
We give pay increases based on performance
Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
