WordPress Technical Support

We are looking for a new WordPress technical support person to assist our team.

The role will initially be “as needed” (possibly only a few hours each week) but this will increase over time.

Required Skills:
– Familiarity with various hosting environments, cpanel, website file transfers and server configurations
– Extensive understanding of website security best practices
– Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to site functionality, security, and performance
– Troubleshooting/correcting WordPress issues that may present on a client’s website
– Experience in WordPress with a strong technical focus
– Extensive experience in optimising images from Canva or similar photo sites
– Understanding how to enhance speed and functionality of a website
– Familiarity with various hosting environments and server configurations
– Update monthly WordPress installations, themes, core and plugins to the latest versions
– Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
– Troubleshooting/correcting WordPress issues that may present on client’s websites
– Proficiency in Asta/Elemotor sites
