Job Description

Are you a technical wizard with a passion for helping others? Do you possess deep knowledge of WordPress, particularly the Gravity Forms plugin and its various add-ons? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We’re looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide top-tier support to our valued customers.

Member Splash is a recreational facility management platform that offers a suite of tools for automating member registrations, payments, front desk check-ins, class and team registrations, facility reservations and much, much more. We serve customers throughout the US and are expanding rapidly. We are based in Southern California with a distributed team here and abroad. We take pride promoting a dedicated, collaborative and supportive company culture.

Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers through our support ticket system.
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer questions and technical issues regarding our platform, WordPress, and Gravity Forms.
* Assist customers with MySQL queries, PHP, CSS, and integration with third-party platforms like Zapier and MailChimp.
* Provide clear and concise responses in written communication.
* Collaborate with our development team to escalate and prioritize customer issues.
* Proactively identify and recommend solutions to common customer challenges.
* Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude in all interactions.

Qualifications
* In-depth knowledge of WordPress, particularly the Gravity Forms plugin and its associated add-ons.
* Proficiency in MySQL queries, PHP, and CSS.
* Experience with third-party platforms such as Zapier and MailChimp.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to technical challenges.
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
* Prior experience in technical customer support or a related role is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
* Possess a commitment to continuous learning and development of your technical knowledge and skillset
