KB Creative Web & Marketing is a digital marketing agency that specializes in helping small business scale their eCommerce efforts and become more profitable. We provide everything a client needs under one roof including web design & development, SEO, PPC, content creation, email marketing, and overall strategy. Over the last six years, we have helped businesses of all sizes and across a range of markets to grow their online sales and achieve their dreams.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who is comfortable taking on a variety of tasks to support the business. This will include admin tasks, light development tasks within WordPress, graphics editing using Canva, and more.
This is a remote work from home role and would be perfect for someone who is self motivated, organized, detail oriented, and a great communicator.
You will have an opportunity to help dozens of small businesses grow their online sales and also help our small team grow to serve even more clients. This is a part time position that could lead to full time once you’ve proven a good fit within the team.
You’ll report directly to the Project Success Manager and work closely with other team members on various client accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your job will be to use your past experience to:
– Updating themes and plugins
– Creating blog posts within WordPress
– Creating landing pages using WordPress and Beaver Builder
– Creating procedures in Google Docs
EXPERIENCE:
– Strong experience with: WordPress, HTML, CSS
– Experience with Page Builders like: Beaver Builder (Kadence Blocks would be amazing but not required)
– Experience with Canva for graphics editing
– Experience with ManageWP
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Must be detail oriented
– Fluent English – All clients are US based so English copywriting is extremely important
– Attention to detail is essential
You should be comfortable using project management software, Google Drive, Zoom, Slack, and other cloud based communication tools.
You should also be confident enough to push back on the leadership team and express your opinion if you have suggestions or improvements based on your experience. We encourage that.

This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into full time.
