WordPress Virtual Assistant for Website Overhaul

Michelle FIlan Coaching is dedicated to helping women in the health and wellness space. We are seeking a skilled WordPress Virtual Assistant to help us revamp our existing website. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WordPress, web design, and SEO, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating professional and visually appealing websites that align with our brand and an interest or experience in the health and wellness industry.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Overhaul and redesign the existing company website on WordPress to enhance its visual appeal and functionality.
Ensure the website design is professional, modern, and consistent with the company’s brand identity.
Optimize the website for speed, performance, and SEO.
Update and create new web pages, blog posts, and other content as required.
Implement and manage plugins, themes, and widgets to enhance site functionality.
Perform regular updates, backups, and maintenance to ensure the website runs smoothly.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the website’s performance or functionality.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the website aligns with promotional and marketing strategies.
Monitor website analytics and provide regular reports on performance and areas for improvement.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a WordPress Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Proficient in WordPress, including theme customization and plugin management.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Yoast SEO).
Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team.
Familiarity with elementor is a plus.
