Job Summary:
The Web Design & Tech VA position is a core team member who is responsible for providing support to the different areas of web development, automations, and the delivery of brand assets through highly converting funnels, scheduled email contents, and live launches, and supporting the team to ensure all backend systems of the business are running smoothly at all time.
The Web Design & Tech VA will be working closely with the OBM, OM, Web Dev, and Automations and can seamlessly transition between providing technical virtual assistance, simple design tasks, and handling web development tasks.
Experience you must have:
* 2+ years of experience in technical email automations, integrations, and sequences.
* 2+ years of experience in WordPress Elementor & Divi theme
* Experience in membership plugins (we use Ontraport)
* Experience in Canva
* Experience making and hosting PDFs and other digital content (videos, audio)
Skills & Qualities:
* Background in both Elementor and Divi theme
* Knowledge in WordPress
* Knowledge in Zapier
* Precise and detail-oriented
* Exceptional English language skills both verbal and written
* Clear-headed, quick-thinking, and graceful in high-pressure situations
* Ability to understand and align with CEO’s creative direction

Web Design & Tech VA Tasks for this Role:
* Develop simple web pages in WordPress through Elementor and Divi and follow the approved branding and design guidelines turned over by the creatives team or Program managers.
* Repurposing content (to be edited)
* Revise web pages as needed.
* Adding content to membership pages
* Adding audio to stream on pages
* Uploading and adding videos to Vimeo
* Adding Vimeo videos to stream on pages
* Uploading the replays
* Video clipping
* Coordinating with team members for needed updates on the web pages.
* Adding Podcast content to the client’s website
* Adding Ontraport forms to web pages
* Making sure tracking code on sites
* Support on email campaigns and broadcast
* Create simple landing pages.
* Provide technical support to the CEO during launches
* Support on updates or reset the program’s content as needed.
* Assist and coordinate with program managers in resolving technical issues raised by the members.
* Creating Catalogs for programs and content
Admin Tasks for this Role:
* Create and document processes or standard practices and processes
* Assist in project tracking and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Knowledge:
* Cloudflare, hosting (LiquidWeb), domains DNS, etc
* Amazon S3 for hosting
* Speed Tests
* Knowledge in ontraport
* Manage hosting
Requirements:
– Available US PST for weekly team meetings + work
– Must be available to rush in to solve any tech issues the company runs into
– Excellent English verbal and written skills
– High-speed internet connection with backup service to minimize interruptions
Compensation:
Rate or Salary range: $500 – $1,000 USD/month or more based on experience
