Job Description

We are a small web design agency looking for an experienced WordPress Designer, on a self employed and part time basis, who specializes in using the Elementor Pro page builder.
This role is for 10 hours per week on an ongoing basis.
In this role, you will work closely with our project manager and developers to create stunning websites for our clients as part of our team.
The main bulk of the work will be handling requests from existing clients who want amendments (such as text and image changes), creating new pages on existing websites and dealing with website tech issues.
You will also be tasked with creating new websites for clients.
There is an opportunity to expand this role for more hours for a successful applicant.
Responsibilities:
– Design and build custom WordPress websites using the Elementor Pro page builder
– Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure website designs are functional, user-friendly, and meet client specifications
– Customize WordPress themes and plugins to fit specific client needs
– Manage website updates and maintenance as needed
– Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive cutting-edge website designs
Requirements:
– Strong knowledge of WordPress and the Elementor Pro page builder
– Experience designing and building custom WordPress websites
– Familiarity with WordPress themes and plugins
– Strong understanding of web design principles, including user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
-Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– This is a remote position, so the ability to work independently and efficiently is essential.
