**Job Opportunity: WordPress Web Designer/Developer**

We’re a digital agency seeking a talented and creative **WordPress web designer/developer** with strong UX/UI skills. If you’ve designed custom websites for WordPress, we’d love to welcome you to our team! The ideal candidate will hit the ground running, taking on projects immediately with minimal training.

**Duties & Responsibilities:**
– Craft visually appealing, modern, and user-friendly corporate websites using WordPress.
– Develop high-quality graphics and visual elements for web projects.
– Create and maintain UX/UI designs that enhance the overall user experience.
– Build high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
– Implement responsive design principles for optimal viewing across devices.
– Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to enhance website functionality.
– Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in web design.
– Enhance existing websites by editing features, adding plugins, and updating content.
– Collaborate with team members to discuss progress and identify business improvements.
– Report directly to the Creative Director.

**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as a web designer and developer.
– Proficiency in WordPress and web design tools.
– Strong understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.
– Familiarity with digital marketing principles and strategies.
– Excellent visual design skills with meticulous attention to detail.
– Effective problem-solving abilities, both independently and within a team.
– Solid grasp of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
– Knowledge of on-page SEO and site optimization techniques.
– Understanding of cross-browser compatibility challenges and workarounds.
– Proficient in site audit and optimization techniques.
– Independent, proactive, and a team player.
– Adaptable to changing client requirements.
– Responsive communicator, addressing emails and messages within 24 hours.

**What We Offer:**
– Competitive monthly compensation: **Php 30,000 to Php 40,000**.
– Flexible schedule: Choose part-time starting 20 hour per week, or full-time (40 hrs. per week)
