WordPress & Web Designer & Video Creative Design Specialist

We are actively seeking a Digital Design & Development Specialist with significant expertise in WordPress development and video editing for YouTube, social media, and ads. This individual should be adept at web design, development, and crafting compelling video content across various platforms. This is a pivotal role where creativity meets functionality to produce digital marvels.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design and develop immersive and responsive WordPress websites, ensuring optimal functionality across devices.
– Maintain, optimize, and update WordPress websites by implementing new features, plugins, and ensuring security.
– Craft custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet unique project requirements and address WordPress-related issues.
– Edit and produce high-quality video content for YouTube, social media platforms, and advertisements, ensuring alignment with brand identity and audience engagement.
– Design immersive web interfaces using Figma and other relevant tools.
– Conceptualize and create engaging video ads tailored for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
– Design high-performing ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram, catering to both B2B and B2C segments.
– Produce striking and relevant designs tailored for TikTok and other social platforms.
– Lead creative designs for holistic social media management.
– nnovate in eCommerce product page designs to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
– Develop unique eCommerce ad designs for various social platforms to boost brand visibility and sales.
– Forge and reinvent our brand’s visual identity, encompassing logo design and other branding elements.

Qualifications:

– A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in web design, development, and creative design disciplines.
– Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a deep understanding of WordPress architecture, custom theme and plugin development, and website optimization.
– Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar, with a portfolio showcasing edited video content for various platforms.
– An impressive portfolio that showcases web designs, video ads, ad creatives, and other pertinent work.
– Mastery in tools such as Figma, WordPress, and other CMS platforms.
– Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, notably Shopify, will be a significant advantage.
– An innate sense of aesthetics complemented by meticulous attention to detail.
– Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
