Vocational Media Group is seeking a full-time (40-hour a week) web developer to manage all aspects of design and development on our growing portfolio of web properties.
The vast majority of our sites run on WordPress and are monetized by running both contextual ads and affiliate programs. We need someone who can build sites, modify themes, configure plugins, nicely format new blog posts and landing pages, implement technical SEO changes and redirects, improve mobile site loading and page speed, manage our Google Analytics integrations and otherwise manage our portfolio of websites and hosting needs.
Work hours: 40 hours per week, with some scheduling flexibility. Normally we will require 2 days per week (Tuesday & Thursday ideally) where your work schedule overlaps with the 9am to 12pm US ET window for video calls and meetings. For the first month, we will need this overlap to be 5 days per week and then it can drop to 2 days per week. Otherwise all other hours can be PH daytime hours according to your preference.
Salary: PHP 40,000 to 60,000 / month
