Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate WordPress Developer with a minimum of 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in the AVADA, Elementor, and Kallyas WordPress themes and capable of developing, maintaining, and updating client websites. This remote position offers flexibility and the potential for career growth into a leadership role after 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and customize WordPress websites using the AVADA theme.
– Maintain and update existing client websites.
– Provide regular reports and updates to clients on website performance and improvements.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure websites align with overall marketing strategies.
– Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
– Modify and optimize designs/images using Photoshop.
– Ensure website security and perform regular backups.
– Optimize websites for performance and SEO.
– Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in WordPress development.
Proficient in the AVADA WordPress theme.
Strong knowledge of CPanel, PHP, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
Experience with Photoshop for design modifications.
Familiarity with website optimization techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with additional WordPress themes and plugins.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Previous experience in a remote work environment.
