WordPress webdesign and maintainance

I run multiple websites, and know what to improve, but do not have the time to do it.
The goal is to make these websites top notch, absolutely high class. So, I am looking for somebody who has got the right eye, ideas and skills to get things done.

All websites run on WordPress, most of them use Elementor, woocommerce and dedicated SEO plugins.
My companies sell accross the globe, both physical products as well as services, and I run a social network based on wordpress. There are specific tax regulations which need to be considered. As I have built all websites myself, I can help teaching you the fine details.

I am friendly, fair, pay as well as I can, but also require skills, consistent performance, and absolute perfection from my team.

Here are the hard and soft skills I am looking for:

hard skills: wordpress, elementor, woocommerce, SEO, HTML, Java script, PHP, graphic design
soft skills: independent thinking, result driven personality, eye for perfection and details

You will be working in live sites, but we will give you the opportunity to prove your skills in a test environment

Here are example tasks in detail:
–> Implement videos to websites from Vimeo (use vimeo trimmer) and youtube (frequent mini task)
–> Implement and adapt a visual configurator based on an existing plugin so that the final look is fast loading, highly functional, flawlessly integrated into the overall design philosophy
–> Implement a service configurator, so that customers can find the right product based on their preferences. Again: the design must integrate flawlessly into the overall design structure of the website
–> improve and integrate an elegant and minimal currency and language switch into the main menu
–> take existing photos and improve the color grading to precisely match the current color language of the website

I may have to split-up these tasks, and I am also open to assign single tasks in form of freelance projects.

When you apply, please send examples of what you have worked on before. Please make sure that these references are relevant and up to date. I have had websites as references that were broken, and web developers who send their personal websites, which were not completely finished.
