We are a well-established model agency seeking a talented Webmaster to take charge of our WordPress-based website. As our Webmaster, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, optimizing, and elevating our digital presence to showcase our talented models and attract new opportunities for our agency.
Job Description:
WordPress Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain our WordPress website, ensuring all plugins, themes, and core components are up-to-date. Perform routine backups and ensure the website’s security is up to par.
Design and Layout: Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to implement visually captivating layouts and user-friendly design elements that showcase our models and brand in the best light.
Model Profiles Management: Create and update model profiles on the website, ensuring that each model’s information, portfolio, and images are accurately represented.
SEO Optimization: Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve our website’s visibility in search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research to optimize model profiles and agency-related content.
Image and Content Optimization: Optimize images and content to ensure fast loading times and a seamless user experience across various devices.
Social Media Integration: Integrate social media platforms into the website to increase engagement and build a strong online community.
Analytics and Performance Monitoring: Utilize web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates. Generate reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
User Support: Provide timely and professional responses to user inquiries, technical issues, and website-related questions.
Collaboration: Work closely with our team to brainstorm new ideas, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Webmaster or Web Developer, specifically working with WordPress sites and managing content.
Proficiency in WordPress, including knowledge of themes, plugins, and customizations.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to make minor adjustments as needed.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.
Experience with image optimization and responsive design for mobile devices.
Strong analytical skills to interpret website performance data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Knowledge of social media integration and best practices.
Familiarity with model agency industry trends and requirements (preferred but not mandatory).
Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
