WordPress Website Designer

The right candidate should have an extensive background in WordPress, combined with a keen eye for designs that seamlessly integrate aesthetics, user experience, and conversion optimization. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to envision, craft, and implement website designs.
• Develop wireframes for every website page based on the client’s Scope Of Work.
• Initiate the design process with a standout home page, setting the tone for all subsequent pages.
• Enhance website speed, ensuring fluid navigation to augment user experience.
• Maintain regular communication with the team, offering consistent updates on project progress.
• Ensure all designs are custom-made, resonating with each client’s brand and vision.
• Infuse designs with funnel optimization strategies, drawing from our marketing partnership.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated expertise as a WordPress Website Designer.
• Ability to produce designs that are Mobile Friendly and Desktop Friendly.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Mastery in UX/UI Designing and Wireframing.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute custom designs from the ground up.
• Exceptional communication abilities; comfortable working independently but values team collaboration.
• Dedication to timelines without compromising on quality.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of site speed enhancement and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with platforms like Wix and SquareSpace. While a plus, do note that most of our projects will be on WordPress.
• Previous work experience with therapy clinics and practices or related sectors.
• Expertise in user experience conversion strategies, especially in tandem with marketing funnels.
• Acquaintance with advanced design tools and practices.
• Knowledge in Project Management Platforms such as Asana or Jira.
