Tribe Interactive is an industry-leading WooCommerce marketing development and growth agency. Our mission is to provide top-tier solutions to our clients, and as we expand our services, we’re looking for a Support Specialist who excels in WordPress and WooCommerce.
** Job Type: Contract (10-20 hours per week initially; potentially move to permanent full-time for the right candidate)
** Responsibilities:
– Provide prompt and top-quality customer support by resolving issues and answering queries related to WordPress and WooCommerce.
– Troubleshoot and diagnose website issues, ranging from site speed problems to plugin conflicts.
– Collaborate closely with our development team to address and solve more complex, technical issues.
– Monitor and manage website updates, ensuring all sites remain functional and optimized post-update.
– Provide guidance and support to clients on best practices and effective usage of their websites.
– Document solutions and create support resources to aid in resolving similar issues in the future.
– Stay updated on the latest trends, updates, and best practices in WordPress and WooCommerce.
** Qualifications:
– At least 4 years experience in providing support for WordPress and WooCommerce platforms.
– Must have excellent verbal and written English skills.
– Extremely proactive, able to do research and find solutions independently.
– Strong understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
– Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks concurrently.
– Familiarity with common WordPress plugins, themes, and e-commerce best practices.
– Web development skills a plus.
** Working Hours: Flexible – some availability between 8 am – 5 pm PT.
