Job Description

I’m new to using VA’s, but am eager to get started. I have a company with 12 workers, and admin and bookkeeper, but now need a social media guru. Could that be you?
I’m happy to invest time to train you as needed, but you need to be hungry to learn and help. I’m all for organic posting, and having a paid option ready as needed when business is quieter.
Your role will be part time – I’m fairly flexible what days/hours you work, but it should be about 18-20/week.

Besides your awesome digital marketing skills, I’m really looking for someone with a coachable attitude, and ability to think outside the box..

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads for our window cleaning services in Sydney.
Manage our online presence, including social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) relevant to the Sydney market.
Create engaging content (text and visuals) to promote our window cleaning services.
Research and implement online advertising campaigns (if applicable).
Identify and contact potential leads through online channels.
Track and analyse marketing performance metrics and report findings.
Research competitors to compare their approach to ours.

Must haves :
Fluent English and communication skills
Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
Strong understanding of the Sydney market (a plus)..
Proficient in using project management and social media scheduling tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with the window cleaning industry (a plus).
