Position Summary:
As a Claim Negotiator, your primary role will be to engage in negotiations with desk adjusters through calls, driving the process of claim supplements from submission to payment. You will be responsible for understanding the nuances of the business, particularly the process of writing supplements, to negotiate effectively and confirm details efficiently. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to communicate effectively, manage details meticulously, and negotiate for favorable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: (All of these are developed through training)
• Negotiate with desk adjusters through calls to confirm details and push for the approval of claim supplements.
• Learn and understand the process of writing supplements to negotiate effectively.
• Ensure the insurance company agrees to and processes payments for submitted claims.
• Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the claim process.
Experience:
• You bring 3+ years of experience in any field.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You possess a growth mindset and are eager to learn and lead.
• You are flexible and willing to learn the entire claim process to deeply understand the ins and outs of the business.
