Job Overview:

We are a fast-growing home and kitchen e-commerce business seeking a rockstar Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to join our team. This is a critical role that requires managing all aspects of our supply chain and inventory management process with opportunity for leadership growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have related experience to some or all of the following: purchase order creation, managing relationships with suppliers, coordinating with freight forwarders, inventory forecasting & management with a 3PL warehouse, and general operations. Exceptional candidates with relevant experience such as Project Management in a related field may also be considered. We’re looking for someone who’s both comfortable diving into detailed spreadsheets, managing complex moving parts in a global supply chain and also zooming out to the big-picture strategy around our supply chain and business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is very detail-oriented, highly organized, reliable, strives for excellence in their work, and seeks potential for growth and advancement in the company.

Core Responsibilities:
– Creation and management of Purchase Orders
– Managing relationships with multiple suppliers and freight forwarders
– Inventory management at 3PL & Amazon Fulfillment Centers
– Managing complex Google Sheets/Excel files for supply chain and inventory management
– Reconciling shipments & missing inventory with Amazon Seller Central
– Any general operations and project management tasks required in a fast-paced startup environment

Requirements:
– Experience with supply chain, inventory management, and/or freight forwarding of physical products (or related experience)
– Extremely proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with complex formulas & spreadsheets (e.g., lots of vlookups, nested and/or complex formulas, etc)
– Excellent and clear written and verbal communication skills in English
– Extremely organized, reliable and detail oriented (almost obsessive due to the nature of this type of work)
– Thrives in a high performance team with high expectations, hardworking and highly ambitious
– A positive and friendly attitude, detail-oriented, high performer, reliable, and a desire to learn and grow on the job
– Bonus: Experience with an Amazon ecommerce business / Amazon Seller Central

Work Schedule:
– Flexible schedule but we ask to align at least ~4 hours per day (M-F) with US East coast business hours, and occasionally within supplier time zones in Asia Pacific (e.g., China time) for 1-2 hours per day when needed
– Flexible Vacation, if you need time off (just let us know in advance)

Training and Support:
– Extensive training, SOPs, and onboarding provided during the first few weeks of onboarding

Salary Range:
– Competitive pay and negotiable based on experience and qualifications
– Full-time (e.g., 40/hrs per week)

Benefits:
– Potential for individual/company level bonus based on performance

– Eligible for “13 month” bonus (prorated based on number of months worked) – Philippines Candidates only
