Job Description:
As a Work from work-from-home recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base within the healthcare and IT sectors. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential client companies in the healthcare and IT industries to establish recruitment partnerships.
Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to create mutually beneficial recruitment agreements for direct hire positions.
Job Descriptions: Work closely with clients to gather job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source top talent for healthcare and IT positions.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including phone and video interviews.
Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates on candidate progress and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly quotas by signing up a minimum of 3 new client contracts.
Job Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in healthcare and IT recruitment or related industries is preferred.
Ability to work independently and meet weekly client acquisition quotas.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and candidates.
Proficiency in creating job descriptions that accurately reflect client needs.
Self-motivated and able to excel in a remote work environment.
Knowledge of industry-specific requirements and qualifications is a plus.
