• Driving business efficiency by identifying and implementing sales process improvements to deliver revenue and market share targets set by the company.
• Analyze issues by optimizing coordination and communication with other business functions for corrective and preventive solutions
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Help them get the right product for the right price, to ensure long term collaborations
• Responsible for working with training team to strategically level up our members sales skill level and bring the best qualities of top level management performance
• Manage the performance of all teams, achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, and uphold a performance driven culture within the department.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
• Keep on top of best practices and promotional trends that could help your team perform.
The Successful Applicant
• 8+ years of experience in sales and account management roles and leading large sales teams of 50+. • Previous experience working in similar industries (tech/platform/advertising/classified/subscription sales)
• Previous experience working in start-ups and building sales teams a plus
• 5+ years of experience in handling a team, excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in meeting own targets & deadlines.
• RM Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze sales data.
• Data Analysis : Ability to analyze sales performance data, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Dialer Management : Being able to manage dialer campaigns and increase connectivity, productivity and efficiency
• Lead Generation: Experience in generating leads through various channels, such as email marketing, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Excel Proficiency : Strong experience in Excel,
• Sales Forecasting : Ability to forecast sales trends and revenue projections based current trends and workforce forecasting.
• Sales Training and Coaching : Experience in providing sales training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
