You will be working for a Promotions company based in Australia, with a remote and global team of high achievers.
This is a long-term, full-time position where you can work remotely and be able to apply your skills in social media management, marketing and advertising.

Shift: Day Shift, Australian Time
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
• Craft, prepare, and manage any marketing collaterals and communications to be used by the marketing team in promoting our natural products. This may include spiels, emails, presentations, letters, and digital paraphernalia.
• Manage, maintain, and report insights on the digital tools of the company such as the social media, company websites, online newsletter, and Google ads platforms.
• Assist in executing cutting edge marketing strategies and tactics to promote sales and brand awareness
• Build and strengthen the social media presence of each brand based on a well-curated content (original copy, videos, images among others) designed to grow the respective brand’s online community
• Provide insights and recommend strategies and tactics in marketing for the company.
• Execute leads generation through social media platforms.
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Create social media campaigns that aligns with the brand identity
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Unquestionable work ethic and integrity.
• Proficiency in the English language; both verbal and written.
• Excellent computer skills
• Outstanding customer service, organizational skills,
• Resourceful, attention to detail, creative, self-starter and ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in Facebook ads Instagram, google adwords, email marketing tools is a huge plus
• Experience in Ecommerce
• Demonstrable, hands-on track record driving online growth and channel revenue through customer acquisition
• Have good aesthetic sense for designing marketing materials – you should be able to produce a design portfolio or sample graphics of your work
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
REQUIRED TOOLS
• High speed wired internet (DSL or Fiber)
• Back up internet (Wi-Fi LTE)
• A laptop that allows you to work remotely and to perform at the highest efficiency.
RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE
• At least 2-3 years of work experience in a marketing role within a product-oriented company.
• With experience working in an Australian company
