Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Workflow Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating both simple and complex workflow automations using (formally Integromat), Pabbly, and Zapier. This role requires a proactive individual who can understand our business processes, identify opportunities for automation, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and Implement Automation Solutions: Develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using , Pabbly, and Zapier to streamline business processes.
• Analyze Business Processes: Work closely with various departments to understand their workflows and identify areas where automation can bring significant improvements.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization: Monitor and maintain existing automations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows for better performance.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of all automated workflows, including process maps, workflow diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on using automated workflows and tools effectively.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Marketing, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of automation solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in workflow automation and suggest innovative solutions to improve our processes.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in workflow automation, with proven expertise in , Pabbly, and Zapier.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of automation concepts, APIs, webhooks, and data integration.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex workflow issues.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with other automation tools and platforms.
• Certification in any of the mentioned automation tools.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of basic programming or scripting languages.
