What’s needed from you…
At Winmoor Accounting, we help business owners by providing peace of mind with their financials.

We need you to keep our team of bookkeepers and accounting managers on track. You will ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, foster collaboration and clear communication of information between team members and resolve issues promptly.

We need you to address various issues related to task management, coordination, and performance such as statements/reports/data needed in order for the bookkeeper to continue their work smoothly, performance evaluation to make sure each bookkeeper is getting the feedback they need. If someone has an issue or requires assistance, you will make sure that the issue is communicated/escalated as soon as possible and actions are in progress by the respective person.

Given this is a 100% trusted professional work-from-home position, we’re looking for you to have rock-solid high-speed internet and a backup power source for those unexpected outages to help keep you online.

We need you to have a professional workstation that’s free from distractions.

What are you in charge of…
Project Task Monitoring: Ensure all project tasks are tracked, monitored, and completed within deadlines.
Administrative Task Oversight: Oversee administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Bookkeeper and Accounting Manager Liaison: Act as a bridge between bookkeepers and accounting managers, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor bookkeeper’s performance and ensure adherence to established standards.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and solve challenges related to project and administrative tasks.
Communication: Facilitating effective communication between team members.

This role offers plenty of variety and would suit someone who is proactive, organized and driven to succeed. You’ll need a good eye for detail, as well as the ability to set goals and manage priorities.

You are proficient with project/ task management tools like Asana.

You’re good at managing deadlines through a project management system. You’re organized, proactive and committed to delivering high quality work on time.

You are a problem solver.

Preferred (but not required):
Knowledge of bookkeeping firm’s regulations and compliance standards
Experience with QBO and/or Keeper
Understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Pay and benefits…
