To Set-up Project and Employee On-boarding Automation Processes
Summary:

We, here at Pyro Planning, are looking for a workforce specialist/consultant. We need someone to look for the perfect tool that we can use for our onboard process, and project and employee database set-up. We expect that the workforce specialist/consultant will be able to help us with that.

After choosing the right tool, we would like the specialist to walk us through the tool, and explain how it is used. The specialist should be able to discuss and explain the following:
How to create triggers for automation.
How to set up the employee and project database gathering.
It is a must to create a workflow automation process softcopy for future reference.

Note: This is a project-based position with $6/hour.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Look for the perfect tools for project management.
Look for the perfect automation tools.
Look for all in one tool that can handle projects and automation of the onboarding process.
Create a soft copy of the onboarding automation process for future reference.
Set up triggers for onboarding automation.
Set up employee, and project databases.
Introduction or a walkthrough regarding the tool (once you have chosen the tool for automation.) The walkthrough should have the following goal:
How to set up the triggers.
How to set up the employee and project database.
Do a test run to see if the triggers work properly.

Qualifications for Workforce Specialist / Consultant jobs
Experience in setting up triggers for automation onboarding and project management processes.
Bachelor’s or Graduate’s Degree in business, IT, data science, or business administration. (A plus but not necessary.)
Negotiation abilities and time management skills.
A confident, natural leader and problem solver with demonstrated critical thinking and collaboration skills.
Advanced understanding of business process analysis.
Strong command of the English language and good communication skills.
Comfortable with Agile practices.
