The agency is growing quite rapidly and is in the pipeline of expanding to other countries which include the US, Canada, Singapore, and other parts of the Asia Region.

Due to high demand in the current market, we are looking for talented 360 Recruiters in the Philippines to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a very dynamic role and will be suited for someone who is enthusiastic about learning, and developing themselves, loves researching and finding great people, and helping them to succeed in career advancement.

Whilst we provide training opportunities, we need someone who has the knowledge and confidence and is excited at being thrown into the deep end to take on the task immediately. In return, we will reward your hard work based on merit earning way above the industry average.

– Available for at least 35 to 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday Australian/US/Asia Hours). For the most part, there is flexibility on what hours you work as long as deadlines and KPIs are met, although there could be some urgent ad-hoc tasks that may need to be completed and require longer hours
– Have own Desktop/Laptop/Monitor with access to reliable and high-speed internet
– High attention to detail
– Can do attitude and result-driven
– Well-organised and highly disciplined
