Job Description

Business objective: Achieve 200% YoY growth in direct bookings via social media and paid ads in the next 6 months

Role Objectives:Ceaselessly initiate on marketing collateral to beat our controls on our core advertisingchannels

Candidate Objectives: Independent creative who has a “media” full stack to create multimedia collateral quickly. Strong first-principle instincts in persuasion, communication and empathy.

Ideal Big Five: Ultra high Openness, Conscientiousness, and Extraversion, medium-low agreeableness, super low neuroticism

• Manage and continually improve all aspects programs including SEO, Social Media, Newsletter, PPC, Partnerships, Listing Sites, and other relevant mediums
• Increase hotel investor network via quality content
• Responsible for the look and content of the website(s) and social media outlets, maintaining brand awareness, and maximizing visitor conversion
• Manage brand reputation including review sites, press releases, and community engagement
• Help create drip email campaigns to potential guests, prior guests, potential owners, and current owners
• Keep abreast of market/industry research and understand how trends are changing
• Set KPIs and track progress
• Always keeping the guests in mind and how to best implement strategy maximizing our guest engagement

Key skills
• Social media and Internet marketing: As Director of Marketing you will, in conjunction with the CEO, drive the strategy of our organization. Key to the role is the ability to inspire, motivate and persuade others across the organization
• Writing: Ability to write compelling, crisp copy for a variety of marketing channels
• Graphic Design: Ability to create engaging, story-telling graphics for our social media and website that creates a coherent story fro our brand

Requirements
• Experience in Hospitality Industry, Travel, or Hotel industry is a plus
• Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
• Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital
• Proficient with Google Drive, Whatsapp, Mailchimp, and Creative applications
• Both creative and analytical capabilities
• Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
