World Class Video Editors

I am looking to fill a longterm editor position for multiple projects for my agency.

I run a short-format content agency that edits videos for various coaches, businesses and other clients.

The videos are up-to 60 seconds long and I require world class editors. Rather than copying others styles, or using basic, boring animations and broll, we need a creative and inventive editor who puts in effort and strives to produce content that is next level. The stuff that people gossip about and are surprised about.

In addition to that we obviously require you to add subtitles, b -roll, stock footage, dynamic motion/graphics and make the video in general: entertaining and highly engaging.

I am looking for 1-2 people who can be our full-time editor for the next 6-12 months with the possibility of consistent pay-raises depending on the quality and efficiency that you operate at.

Payment depends on the project, your skill, and many other factors, but generally can be anywhere between $20-$100 per video-edit.

The process is super streamlined.

All videos are tailored by me – you get the raw footage, and depending on the project, a storyboard. You are tasked with editing it, and uploading the edited videos in a separate folder. We also expect a simple thumbnail that fits the ratio 1:1 on Instagram feed. All videos should be edited in 9/16 format for fullscreen experiences on IG Reels + TikTok.

***Important***: *We run various challenges to ensure legitimacy amongst our editors. Initially we require a 5 minute loom recording of you actively editing a video to a similar level at what you promise us. We will watch this video and can instantly determine your skill level and if you’re the right fit. From there we can move into payed challengers with our specific projects.

Fluent English is a must + you must be able to jump on a Zoom call to go through the onboarding process(webcam is a must)*

Daily reports are expected whenever we get to work.
