We are hiring a small team of experienced JOURNALISTS, RESEARCHERS & CONTENT CREATORS who will have the opportunity to work & learn closely with Sigurd Vedal on producing captivating content titles, well researched articles, framework research, seminar PPT slide decks as well as fleshed out teleprompter-ready YouTube/TikTok/Instagram Reels scripts for him to record.

Tasks & Responsibilities

-Gather & add to the title library a continuous list of attention grabbing high value content titles for videos & blog articles.
-Compile list of captivating value packed content / article titles.
-Research & write articles for Click to view, LinkedIn
-Convert articles to video YouTube scripts ( Sigurd will train the team)
-Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement (blogs, content online etc)

Requirements & personality:

-5+ years experience as a radio/tv/print or online journalist in a tier 1 media outlet high traffic tier 1 blog or creating scripts for a high traffic YouTube channel
-A bachelor degree in journalism or related field
-Experience writing / recording marriage and relationship content is a plus
-Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
-Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions
-Knowledgeable in some or all of the following areas: internet culture (YouTube, Tik Tok, Instagram, etc.), media in general, trending topics.
-Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
-Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
-Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and -PowerPoint
-Can do research work from multiple sources keeping a check on plagiarism
-Fast learner (not get scared to write about a topic that is new to them)
-Fast reader is a huge plus
-A curious personality that loves to learn new things (reading, watching self development videos & writing)
