WP Developer Experienced 5 Years+

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Web Developer with a strong background in website and mobile app optimization. As a part of our dynamic tech team, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing new pages, finding and killing bugs and optimizing the speed of our large BuddyBoss membership site, both on web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in configuring servers, implementing speed optimization strategies. We already have leveraging existing tools like Cloudflare, WP Rocket, and plugin filters for optimal performance. Our goal is to significantly improve our site’s loading times and overall performance, thus enhancing our users’ experience.

This role is not for someone looking for a quick fix or a simple application of caching plugins. We are seeking a specialist who can dig deep into the code, make necessary adjustments, and ensure our site runs as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Additionally, if you have experience or a proven solution in recoding using ReactJS, we would be interested in exploring it.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate current website and app performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
Configure and optimize our servers for peak performance.
Recommend, and execute sophisticated strategies for site optimization.
Provide advice on recoding in ReactJS, if feasible and beneficial.

Collaborate with our tech team to ensure overall website functionality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a focus on site optimization.
Expert knowledge of server configuration and site speed optimization strategies.
Experience with Cloudflare, WP Rocket, and plugin filters.
Familiarity with BuddyBoss platforms.
Proficiency in ReactJS or similar frameworks would be an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
