WP Web Developer

I am looking to hire a part-time web developer for my company Strategic Edge Agency. I don’t like wasting people’s time so here is the condense summary:

Work expectations:
-Strong Experience with WP website building (no guidance from me)
-You will build out 2 WP websites. 1 personal brand and 1 travel blog. (I do NOT mind you using themes and AI, please work smarter, not harder)
-You will maintain 3-4 websites and upload occasionally.
-Most of the work is upfront, after is generally maintenance.
-This position is long-term and can be transitioned to full-time. (part-time at first)
-You actually work hard and provide results, if hard work scares you, don’t apply.

What I appreciate from others and expect of myself: #1 Honesty and communication. Work must be done, but fun must be had, and even more important, we must learn to work together and grow together. This takes a lot of communication and trust.

Everyone must be able to take criticism.

I am told I am an fun and interesting boss. I hate micromanagement, so please do not expect me to hold your hand.

You will be assigned work and tasks. You finish your work and your schedule and your time is yours. When you work and how you work is on you. You will not have a schedule. This is scary for people, but I assure you this is important. Freedom is important. So you will need to manage your time and your work schedule yourself.

Tools we use that you should be familiar with or learn quickly: Google Drive, Asana, & WhatsAPP.

Both the personal brand and the travel blog is my own operating under my marketing agency.

I’m looking for a team member to join us on this journey. I can’t guarantee you’ll be stinkin’ rich, but what I’m offering is hopefully, more valuable than money. It will be personal & professional growth, insights, purpose, team, and so much more.
