The Job
We are looking for a talented and ambitious full-time Content Writer to join our team to help create marketing (articles, website, and social media), customer support, and training materials. Your efforts will be focused on coordinating with the marketing and customer support teams to create great copy to help accomplish the goals of these areas.

Typical daily activities will include:
– Coordination and collaboration with staff on different teams.
– Outlining, reviewing, drafting, and finalizing copy.
– Writing clearly, concisely, persuasively, and entertainingly

Requirements
– Full-time position
– Work between the normal business hours 7am to 6pm (USA – mountain time) Monday – Friday. This is approximately 10pm to 9am in the Philippines.
– Excellent verbal and written English skills
– Be responsible, accountable, and honest
– Have a quiet and appropriate workspace, free from distractions, that will allow you to effectively work remotely
– Have an internet connection that will allow you to effectively communicate with our team through phone or web conferencing software
– Have a computer that can effectively and reliably access the internet and our web-based software with a webcam, speakers, and microphone

Who We Are Looking For – You
You should be an experienced writer who will help us effectively communicate to professionals in our market (architecture and engineering). You will have experience writing clear, concise, and compelling copy for marketing and communication pieces. You will also be a good verbal communicator who will collaborate with the team and will help identify and express our objectives effectively.

Qualifications
– At least 2 years of experience
– Excellent oral and written English communication skills
– Thorough and attentive to details
– Proven ability to research a topic, identify appropriate keywords, outline and draft a document, collaborate and receive feedback openly, and finalize the document in a team environment
– Experience with web publications
– Knowledge of search engine optimization techniques
– Ability to follow schedules and meet deadlines
– Previous experience writing similar marketing and communication material
– Previous experience writing in the architecture and engineering industries (preferred but not required)
– Familiarity with professional service firm business and operation (preferred but not required)
– Friendly, patient, and honest with a helpful attitude
– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field

Ultimately, you will be responsible for delivering quality writing pieces that tell compelling stories that will appeal to our audiences, attract customers, boost brand awareness, and improve our web ranking SEO.
