Responsibilities:

-Manage the print calendar for Singapore and HongKong, coordinating with clients and editors to ensure timely and accurate publication.
-Create round-up articles by contacting clients for their information and compiling it into organised documents for editorial review and SEO optimization.
-Curate and publish event listings for Singapore and HongKong sites, sourcing information from press releases, clients, and other relevant sources.
-Write and edit noticeboard entries, condensing and editing content from the site’s backend to ensure clarity and readability.
-Maintain high standards of grammar, spelling, and punctuation across all written content.
-Utilise editorial skills to enhance the quality and appeal of written materials, including event listings, round-ups, and noticeboard entries.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in writing, SEO, and content marketing.
-Assist with other writing and content-related tasks as needed.
-Conduct research to gather information and data for content creation, ensuring accuracy and credibility.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
-Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a writer or content writer.
-Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio demonstrating writing ability and creativity.
-Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimising content for search engines is a plus.
-Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with content management systems.
-Must have access to your own device and reliable internet connection.
