The Most Important Skills
* Excellent writing skills (the most important skill you should have).
* Great communicator (both with our team and our customers)
* Take initiative and constantly be looking for ways to improve what we do.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Pay very close attention to detail.
* Be excited to learn and grow. I spend a lot of money on courses for my employees.

Business Tasks (read carefully!)
* Write long-form articles WITHOUT the help of AI
* Repurpose articles into social media (Insta/TikTok/YouTube) posts
* Reddit commenting/post writing – based on the content provided to you, you should be able to rewrite it in a format that will be well received on reddit.
* Use Canva to turn emails/newsletter into social media content
* Data collection on our clients: Track which ones had problems, which ones are super happy, and which aren’t, etc. Update our database to keep records.

* Organize all of our content across platforms
* Customer success – check in on customers (ask for reviews/feedback; resolve any concerns they have).

This role will typically have hours from 7 am to 4 pm ET. Over time, you may have more flexibility.
