Writer/Researcher for Directory Site – Full Time (Remote)

We are a US based company with a team of 5 people in the Philippines looking for an experienced, self motivated Research/Writer with a positive attitude to join our team. You must follow the instructions in this job ad to be considered.

What the Role Entails:
– Research and Find companies and individuals that meet ou requirements.
– Write a profile on the company or individual and fill out all criteria (such as Location, website url, contact information) accurately.

Requirements:
– Must be fluent in English.
– Excellent writing skills in English.
– Must have a positive attitude.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry/research/writing.
– Ability to accurately research and pull data from multiple sources, summarize in your own words, and enter information in a factually accurate and high quality manner.
– Strong internet connection and a quiet place to work from.
– Must be a self starter who does not need to be micromanaged. Must hit daily output goals for quality records created.
– Must represent the company with honesty and integrity.
– Ability to work designated US hours (9am-5:30pm EDT) 5 days per week.
– Reliable – you show up on time all the time, and get your work done.
– Problem Solver – if you hit an obstacle, you proactively work to find solutions (i.e. – A piece of information is missing – you utilize your research skills to find and verify from alternative sources to complete your task).
– Despite monotonous/tedious work, you bring positivity and excitement with you to work.
– History of success in data entry roles.
– There is a 0 tolerance policy for working other jobs during your working hours. Other part time jobs are acceptable but you must do it during other hours.
– There is a 0 tolerance policy for using AI to produce content.

We are looking for long term employees who will be rewarded with increased compensation over time.
