You will be responsible for keeping this updated for each client so that a snapshot of the business can be discussed in the business coaching sessions. Knowledge of how to use Google sheets would be helpful. We will train on the specifics of the Big Numbers Tracker.
You may discuss managing cash flow with the client if requested.
You should feel comfortable working online (using tools like Zoom, planning software, Xero, and preferably Dext), have strong Internet, and have a quiet work environment from which to work.
You must have good attention to detail, enjoy being part of a team, and work efficiently.
You should have good communication skills as you will be liaising with clients, checking that invoices/bills are correct and agreeing which bills can be paid twice a week. Our friendly and professional relationship with our clients is an important part of our business.
We will be operating under Smallfish core values which are:
integrity; we’re honest, actioning our words and meaning what we say.
Fairness; we practice candor in all aspects of our work.
Generosity; we’re willing to share knowledge, time and energy freely.
Abundance; we’re giving in all aspects.
