We’re seeking a Full-Time Accounting Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to meeting the high standards of our clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and knowledgeable about US tax deadlines without being involved in tax processing.

– Tax Acumen: Familiar with US tax deadlines and requirements, aiding in compliance and operational planning.

Core Responsibilities:
– Develop and enforce bank rules for transaction management.
– Actively follow up on client communications to procure missing information promptly.
– Manage requests for W-9s and 1099 preparation for year-end processing.
– Ensure the staff has everything required to meet their objectives, following up diligently.
– Address and resolve queries from staff bookkeepers and internal reviewers.
– Perform insightful financial statement analysis to deliver actionable advice to our clients.

Qualifications
– Must be Xero-certified with a deep understanding of its functionalities.
– Proven experience in US bookkeeping, finance, or a related field.
– Ability to work independently and efficiently problem-solve.
– Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– A passion for accounting and continuous personal and professional growth.
