As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for keeping the wheels of a growing startup turning!
You will regularly conduct research, organize and update files in spreadsheets and Google docs, Communicate in Trello/Slack and format prepared blog posts (WordPress) to help support mission-critical projects in our startup.

Here are the skills that will come handy:
– Excellent English writing and communication skills. We believe communication is critical.
– Experience with bookkeeping and QuickBooks is a plus
– Proficiency with spreadsheets, google workspace, screen recording software.
– 4+ years experience as an admin/virtual assistant.
– Experience adding, managing and organizing data.
– Ability to break down complex topics into simple, easy to follow instructions.
– Must be comfortable with occasional video calls.
– Previous freelance or remote work experience.
– Previous WordPress experience is a plus (though not required).
– Canva/Graphic design experience creating blog post featured images is also a plus (though not required).

Location
This is a remote position – our team is spread around the globe! Our home base is in Arizona, USA, so company operating hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5pm MST (UTC -7). While full coverage is not a requirement, you must be available during a portion of the day. If we need to sync up in real-time before you work on your project/tasks.
Requirements
– Personal Computer with (reliable) Internet Access
– Availability to participate in (bi-weekly) audio/video meetings between the hours 8 am – 5 pm PST
– Available for 40+ hours per week (this is a full-time position)
