Looking for assistance online marketing and personal assistant
– Starting off with 20 hours/week, looking to grow this position to full time (40 hr/week) as business grows.

Online Marketing Role – for Health Coaching & Consulting business
– Manage Social Media
— Instagram & Facebook posts and interaction
— Repurposing content – turn segments from our book into posts, short videos, & graphics
— Create & post Social Media Content
— Respond to Social Media comments and Direct Messages –> leverage as leads for booking follow up appointments
– Manage YouTube advertisement campaign
– Manage Marketing funnel
– Schedule and organize marketing/sales calls with clients

Researcher for Virtual Assistant Agency startup
– Research to support business planning and strategizing

Personal Assistant Role – for busy entrepreneurial couple
– Rental Property Management
— Coordinate with contract workers (electrician or plumber when something breaks)
— Coordinate with tenants
— Help sort through tenant applications
– Generalized research for:
— Personal products – for example a car or computer
— Travel itinerary and visa regulations
— New business ideas
— Non-fiction book reports/summaries
— Fiction book recommendations
– Organizational tasks such as
— file management
— photo management
— library reading list

Travel and Event Coordination:

• Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, vacation activities, and securing event tickets.
• Create and update travel checklists to streamline travel preparations.

Document Preparation:

• Prepare detailed documents and materials for meetings, ensuring that all necessary materials are organized and readily accessible.
• Maintain a centralized repository of documents in Google Drive and Dropbox for easy reference.
• Research information and gather data as needed for various projects.

Household Support:

• Assist in overseeing household vendors and support roles, contributing to the smooth operation of the residence.
• Help manage household-related projects and tasks, including online grocery shopping and supply procurement as needed.

Personal Relationships Management:

• Collaborate in managing relationships across various aspects of life, ensuring that connections are nurtured.
• Undertake gift shopping as needed to facilitate thoughtful gestures.

Must Haves
• 2+ years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role required
• Ability to work in the Pacific Time Zone – make occasional calls to local businesses
• Access to reliable and high-speed internet
• Availability of a working phone for communication purposes
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in the use of Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets), Zoom, and LinkedIn
• Proactiveness and self-motivation, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
• High reliability and capability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules
