We own several companies, and we are in the process of developing a couple more.
We own an SEO marketing company called SEO For Real Estate Investors, where we offer a program that helps other real estate investors like ourselves generate highly motivated seller leads organically.

Job Position:
Full-time Youtube Ads and Google Ads Manager
Additional skill sets are a bonus and will be considered when reviewing applications, so please list all of your skill sets.

Job Overview:
Generating leads and sales using Google Ads and Youtube Ads
Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
Craft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
Testing variations of ads to determine best performing
Continuous monitoring of results and improvement of ads
Reporting of results of Campaigns
Manage the strategy and setup of All paid campaigns.
Qualifications, Skills, and Tasks would not be limited to:
Excellent internet service and a working computer
Exceptional organizational skills
Fluent in speaking and writing English
The ability to work well with a team or independently with little supervision

Strong knowledge of Social Media management
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Google, and Youtube Ads
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines

SALARY
$7-$10hr depending on skill set

Fulltime
Must work EST time zone 8am – 5pm
