The main lead generation source we are currently utilizing is Facebook and Organic. We are now looking to expand into YouTube and Google Ads.

As a Senior YouTube Paid Ads Manager/Google Ads/Media Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business through effective paid advertising campaigns on YouTube and Google. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that generate high-quality leads, optimize ad spend, and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Expertise: Utilize your knowledge and expertise in YouTube and Google to create, manage, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive paid advertising strategies, considering target audience, ad formats, and campaign goals.
Ad Creation: Create visually appealing and compelling ad creatives that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
Budget Management: Efficiently manage advertising budgets, continuously optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI.
KPI Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), to ensure campaigns are meeting or exceeding KPIs.
A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B testing to refine ad creatives, ad copy, and targeting parameters, iterating to improve performance continually.
Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting options to reach the most relevant audience segments, ensuring ads are shown to potential customers who are most likely to convert.
Ad Scheduling: Implement ad scheduling strategies to reach the audience at the most opportune times.
Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting our strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Ad Compliance: Ensure all ads adhere to platform policies and guidelines to prevent disruptions in advertising campaigns.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies and brand messaging.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Paid Ads Manager on YouTube and Google, with a proven track record of successfully managing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
