Job Description:
As the YouTube and Reels Editor / Social Media Manager, you will create, edit, and manage video content for our YouTube channel and social media platforms. You will also develop engaging content strategies, grow our online presence, and interact with our community. This role requires a creative professional with a passion for social media and video production.

Responsibilities:
-Video Editing:Edit and produce high-quality videos for our YouTube channel and social media platforms, including Instagram Reels and TikTok.
– Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content ideas that align with our brand and goals.
– Social Media Management:Manage and grow our social media accounts, including posting content, engaging with followers, and responding to comments and messages.
– Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of our videos and social media posts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
– Community Engagement:Foster a positive and interactive online community, responding to inquiries and engaging with followers.
– Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in video editing and social media management.
– Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
– Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
– Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
